PRIVACY POLICY

We ensure complete confidentiality of the information shared with us. If required, we will sign a confidentiality agreement with you. All our employee’s sign non-disclosure agreement where we explain to them how critical it is to preserve confidentiality of information, file storage etc. and what would be the implications in case of any breach. This contract stands valid even after the resignation of employee’s.

We comply with the non-disclosure agreement of client and strictly adhere to client confidentiality. We preserve client information by employing stringent security measures such as restricted access to our office premises, password-protected computers, latest technologies as well as signing non-disclosure agreements with our employees. We assure the maximum possible data protection and privacy of our valuable customer by maintaining high standard and best possible practice.

We keep the data for 6-12 months and thereafter may destroy the data until specifically asked by client to keep it for future reference/work.
